Heather Croall, Director, Sheffield Doc/Fest said:

"We are delighted to be joined by such renowned and talented directors.  I think their expertise will bring something extra to the judging panel - and entrants should be excited to have their work accessed by such monumental figures within the film making industry."

The workshops will be run by Crossover and provide an opportunity for anyone entering the competition to get their questions answered by the experts first hand, as well as get advice and tips on every aspect of their entry - from communicating their idea to marketing their material."

Frank Boyd, Director, Crossover said:

"The workshops will be a great opportunity for all entrants, whether they have already begun to make their film or just have an idea that they want help developing.   My team of experts will be on hand all day and will be both presenting and working with small groups to make sure everyone gets the chance to have their questions answered."
