Raised Structures at Events - Section 89 Application

If you are planning on having any form of raised structure at your event (e.g. platforms, stages, seating decks, etc.) you will need to apply for a permit to erect or use a raised structure under Section 89 of the Civic Government (Scotland) Act 1982.
