Venue Description
The colourful interior of the neo-classical Dean Gallery, opposite the Scottish National Gallery of Modern Art, houses one of the most important Dada and Surrealist collections in the world, including works by Picasso, Dali and Magritte. The Dean Gallery is a fashionable setting for cocktail receptions and exclusive private views for up to 150 guests. The galleries expert curators can be on hand at the event, offering a unique and fascinating insight into this world-class collection.  Up to 40 guests can be accommodated for an intimate dinner in the splendid Great Hall - here guests dine in the shadow of the striking 26-foot high steel sculpture Vulcan by Sir Edward Paolozzi. Marquees can also be erected on the Dean Gallery lawn - one of the only central marquee sites in Edinburgh. The city's famous skyline provides an unbeatable backdrop to events on the lawn. An inspirational venue for the most memorable of events.
