Venue Description
The John Hope Gateway is the new building on the West Gate of the Royal Botanic Garden in Edinburgh. Open 7 days for general public to visit, the Gateway offers exhibtion space, a shop and restaurant. Elsewhere in the Garden visiotrs can enjoy the facilities of the Terrace Cafe and by the middle of 2010 the new East Gate facilities.
Events can be held in a variety of spaces throughout the garden dependant on time of day/year, numbers, and general requirements. We can manage most events from a small private family gathering for 10 to a grand banquet and dance for 700 in a marquee.
Area/Location Description
Located minutes from the the city centre the accessibility of the Royal Botanic Garden in event terms could not be better. With on street parking in abundance and free after 5.30pm or a stroll away from the cities main train station it couldn't be easier.
