Beat the Scottish winter blues...Get out and about and warm yourself this winter and take part in BHF Scotland's 5 / 10k event. You can run, jog or walk the impressive routes in Scotland's capital city. The course is traffic free and boasts a myriad of views and wildlife, especially by the 2 swan filled ponds!
There are prizes for highest fundraiser as well as best fancy dress (it is Halloween after all!)
