A day packed with talks, activities and therapeutic treatments all free of charge and open to all women (and men). The talks have been specially selected to cover all areas of health relevant to women of all ages. Free massages and reflexology are available on the day on a first come, first served basis. There are also free mini-health assessments available by reservation. Talks being covered include cosmetic surgery, infertility and IVF, nutrition and weight loss, breast care, varicose veins, stress and your health, skin issues, allergy and bladder problems. All talks will be presented by Consultants who are experts in their field. Refreshments will be available throughout the day.
